To ship your products correctly, you need to configure the box dimensions and shipping options in Magento. Follow the process listed below:
Box Configuration:

Go to the ShipSmart > Boxes menu in the Magento admin panel.

Click on Add New Box to add a new box.

Fill in the box information with the following details:

Description: Box name, for identification.
-
Width: Box width (in centimeters).
-
Height: Box height (in centimeters).
-
Depth: Box length (in centimeters).
-
Max Weight: Maximum weight supported by the box (in kilograms).
4. Remember to save the information. -
Shipping Methods Configuration:
Now, you need to set up the shipping options, enabling your store to offer automatic quotes at checkout.
Follow the steps below to configure the shipping methods in Magento:

In the Magento dashboard, go to Stores > Configuration

Then, go to Shipping Methods > Sway – ShipSmart.

Configure the following information:

Enabled: Select "Yes" to activate the shipping method.

Title: Set the name that will appear on the store’s front end (checkout).

Method Name: Enter "Sway – ShipSmart" as the method name.

Ship to Applicable Countries: Choose "All Allowed Countries" to ship to all countries or "Specific Countries" to select specific countries.

Ship to Specific Countries: If you chose "Specific Countries", select the desired countries for shipping.

Show Method if Not Applicable: Select "No" to hide the method if it is not applicable.

Sort Order: Set the position in which the method will appear at checkout.
Product Fields Configuration:
After the module installation, all products need to have the following fields configured in Catalog > Products:

HSCODE: Harmonized System Code. Learn more about the HS Code.

Width: Product width (in centimeters).

Height: Product height (in centimeters).
-
Length: Product length (in centimeters).
