After installing the ShipSmart plugin, you will need to configure your options to fully integrate it with your store.
Follow these steps to ensure all information is correctly filled out.
1. Access the ShipSmart Menu:
In the Magento dashboard, go to ShipSmart > Setup.
2. Fill in the Required Information:

Store Name: Enter your store's name;

ShipSmart Token: Paste the token provided by ShipSmart. If you don't have one, sign up to receive the token;

Email: Enter the store's contact email;

Status when Integrating: Select the status that the order will have after integration.

Status when Downloading Documents: Choose the status that the order will have after ShipSmart sends the documents.
Insured: If the shipment is insured, select “Yes”.

Payment Method: Choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place, also known as DDU). For more information, check our article on DDU and DDP.

Taxable: If applicable taxes exist, select "Yes".

Phone: Enter the store's phone number.

Federal Tax ID: Enter the store's federal tax ID.
3. Location Information

Country: Select the store's country.

City Code: Enter the city code.

City Name: Enter the name of the city/municipality.

Address: Enter the store's address.

Postal Code: Enter the store's ZIP code.

State Code: Enter the state abbreviation.

Currency Code: Select the currency used for shipping calculations.
Remember to save the information.
