Error creating a shipment in our tool?
Here are some simple solutions that can help you resolve errors when creating your shipment in our Dashboard.
Initial Validation
Before taking any further technical action with SHIP, please verify the following points:
Shipping information:

Box dimensions - Make sure to include the dimensions in (cm).

Weight - The weight must be in (kg).

Country of Destination - Make sure this is filled out correctly.

HS Code (NCM) - Please check that it has been entered correctly.
Also verify that the entered data complies with the following limits:

💰 Minimum price: 1.00
-
⚖️ Minimum weight: 0.010 kg
-
📦 Minimum size: 1 cm
-
🔢 Maximum quantity: 99 units.
Please note that any value outside these ranges may cause an error during processing.

Don't worry, we have a few more alternative tests that might help:
Browser Cleanup:
Clear your cache and cookies:
- Open your browser
- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys
- Select “Cookies and other website data.”
- Also select “Cached images and files.”
In the window that opens:
- Select the time period as “Entire period”.
- Click “Clear data”.

Repeat the process after cleaning.
A few more tests:
Access via the Anonymous Tab:
- Click the “...” (three dots) at the top of your browser, then select “New Tab/Incognito Window,” or press CTRL + SHIFT + N on your keyboard.
Try a different browser:

By testing in another browser, we can determine whether the issue is specific to your browser or if it’s a system-wide problem.
Is your error related to the status: “Error”?:

Is your shipment a document? Have you selected insurance?
These shipments usually cannot have a high declared value, so it is not possible to include insurance.

Verify that the destination and origin are supported.
Please check whether the carrier offers delivery or pickup services in the specified country or region.👉 Some areas have restrictions or are not served.

Shipping Information:

Quantity greater than 99 units.

The item description is incomplete or invalid.

HS Code missing or incorrect.
Tax Information (DHL):

Company with an invalid state registration.
Address:

Validate the ZIP Code format.
For some destinations, you must specify a specific city. Otherwise, the system may return an error or prevent the shipment from being processed:
