[Achieve More with ShipSmart](https://help.shipsmart.global/en/knowledge-base/achieve-more-with-shipsmart?hsLang=en) February 16, 2026 # Register Your Customers’ Addresses In addition to [importing your standard boxes](https://help.shipsmart.global/en/knowledge-base/import-boxes-manually?hsLang=en) and [recurring items](https://help.shipsmart.global/en/knowledge-base/import-recurring-items-manually?hsLang=en), **subscribers of Growth Ship and Super Ship plans** can also register their customers' addresses. These tools are designed to optimize your time and facilitate the shipping process of your packages. Here's how you register your customers' addresses: ### **1. Explore registered addresses:** On this page, you'll find an overview of the addresses you've already registered (if any). Add your customer's address:** In the registration form, you need to fill out the following fields: - **Description:** Brief description of the customer, store, or location associated with this address. - **Name and email:** Of the recipient. - **Type:** Is it an individual or a business? - **Country and address:** Of the recipient. - **Federal Tax ID:** If available, provide the recipient's personal identification number if it's an individual, or the company's tax registration if it's a business.
