Prerequisites
Before you start using the ShipSmart plugin, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Business Account: Create a business account on ShipSmart to access the dashboard and proceed with the setup. Learn how to create your business account on ShipSmart here and activate your account through the email sent by mastermailer@shipsmart.com.br.
- App Installation: The ShipSmart plugin must be installed on your Shopify store. Install the ShipSmart app for Shopify here.
- Third-Party Carrier Calculated Shipping: Ensure that your store is on the "Advanced Shopify" or "Plus" plans, or activate this feature on the "Shopify" plan with an extra fee or annual billing. These changes must be requested directly through Shopify support, which can be found here.
