Es importante tener en cuenta que en algunas circunstancias, **el transportista podría tardar hasta 3 días hábiles en llegar a tu centro de distribución**. Sin embargo, si despues de 3 días hábiles aún no han pasado a recoger tu paquete, te recomendamos [comunicarte con nuestro equipo](https://shipsmart.com.br/contato) y proporcionar [el número de seguimiento de tu envío (AWB)](https://help.shipsmart.global/es/knowledge-base/qu%C3%A9-es-el-awb?hsLang=es).
