Shipment Collection

Scheduling the collection of your package is quick and straightforward, as indicated by these steps:

Access Your Shipments:

  1. Go to the main menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select “Management > Shippings”.

  2. You will find a list of all the shipments you have created.

  3. If the AWB (Air Waybill) column still shows a value of zero, it means the payment is currently being processed. It may take a few minutes for the information to update.

  4. Select the shipment for which you want to schedule the collection.

Schedule the Collection:

  1. In the “Actions” column on the right side of the screen, click on the green calendar icon.

  2. Choose a date for a carrier representative to pick up the package from your warehouse distribution center.

  3. If necessary, add specific instructions for the carrier.

  4. Click on “Schedule Pickup” and you're done!

Remember:

  • For a smooth collection, make sure you have the necessary documents at hand.
  • If your postal code does not have a collection service available, contact us to explore redirection options.
  • Some carriers only allow you to schedule pickups for the next business day.
  • Depending on the sender's location, the collection might occur up to 72 hours after the selected date.
  • An adult must be available to hand over the package to the carrier representative, along with the printed documents.
  • Carriers do not pick up packages on holidays or weekends. Collections are performed during business hours (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
